template-service (Bratislav, 10 min.)
Template service allows users to define Word-document templates that contain placeholders.
Users can create document instances based on these templates by replacing the placeholders with actual data (for instance, from document metadata).
For instance
HR department in a company defines a template for employee contracts, including all legal details describing the employment, with placeholders for employee data (name, address, contact information) and contract data (such as the yearly wage).
It is possible to create a standardized new employment contract for an arbitrary employee, using the predefined template, and with correct employee data where it was defined in the template.
We are already developing a yuuvis® Momentum shell app for template-management that will be presented in one of future product presentations.
Business value: creating, maintaining and use of templates for standardized documents in a company, such as contracts, business letters, offers.
MAS on-prem (Dusica, 10 min.)
Our MAS (mail-archive-service) has been helping businesses ensure mail archiving compliance supporting Microsoft Exchange Online. Recenlty we added support for Exchange Server on-prem, extending existing benefits to hybrid and fully on-premises infrastructure.
