Business value: Users of Camunda platform can manage their documents in a yuuvis® Momentum system. Camunda platform has in-built Document handling functions, but they offer only a small subset of capabilities of the yuuvis® Momentum, so our sales sees here the opportunity to address new set of customers - those working with Camunda workflows and needing a powerful DMS.

Template app allows users to define Word-document templates that contain placeholders.
Users can create document instances based on these templates by replacing the placeholders with document metadata.
The template-service allows high level of customization (for instance, arbitrary data source, multiple data sources for replacement). This is still possible and can be used in customization projects, for complex use cases or power-users.
The app provides a streamlined view and focuses on placeholder replacement only from a single object instance. It can be used without any further customization and resulting costs.
