This core service manages search queries and checks permissions.

Function

The service appends an additional extension to each incoming search query that is not visible for the user. This extension contains the read permissions of the user who sent the query request.

As of 2021 Winter, the SEARCH service offers an internal endpoint retrieving the object types that are available for a specific action on DMS objects for the currently logged-in user. The service is only available for services within the yuuvis® Momentum cluster.
