This scenario introduces how to work on cases. Using this scenario, you can manage the correspondence around a customer question. The structure tree for each case shows the structure elements, as seen in the following screenshot. 

The object details window view shows the attributes configured for the case. The attributes 'Type', 'Product line', 'Status', 'Start of work progress' and 'End of work progress' are statistically evaluated in the CM-Cockpit.
