Case Management


Introduction

This scenario is the basis of our custom client build tutorial, and is configured in the definition languages English and German. A custom client called 'CM-Cockpit' shows statistical views of the Case Management scenario with a complete individual user interface.

This scenario introduces how to work on cases. Using this scenario, you can manage the correspondence around a customer question. The structure tree for each case shows the structure elements, as seen in the following screenshot. 

The object details view shows the attributes configured for the case. The attributes 'Type', 'Product line', 'Status', 'Start of work progress' and 'End of work progress' are statistically evaluated in the CM-Cockpit.

Deliverables

Download the designer project package file and extract the package. Open the project file in designer and use it in your own project:
