Undocking the preview area

The undocked window for the preview area remains open until the user closes the window or presses F5 to refresh the browser window with the client.

The undocked viewer supports many browser tabs with clients. The viewer even shows the data of the currently focused client browser tab.

Editing form table data

The handling of entering and editing form tables has changed. With respect to UX tests and user requests, we optimized the row editing in a form table. The dialog takes the complete screen space and shows the form even next to or above the table.

Inbox: Due datetime

Instead of visualizing the more technical minded deadlines and delays, the new due datetime is shown in the BPM tasks in the inbox. For related information on yuuvis® RAD designer, click here.

Selecting ID reference field values ('Quickfinder')

To apply ID reference field values in the selection dialog, users have to double-click a list item. Single clicking an item will only select or deselect an item, but not close the dialog.

Checking the consistency of the full-text index data

When checking the consistency of the full-text index data, the operation also takes the content meta data into account. Additional information is given in the report of that operation.

Index Service

Cleaning up full-text index data

In some cases, the index data of deleted objects is not removed from the full-text index data.  To remove these objects from the full-text index data, use this new endpoint:

<servicemanager-host>:7291/api/cleanup

Call this endpoint manually via the swagger interface: <servicemanager-host>7291/swagger-ui.html#!/api-controller/cleanUpUsingPOST

Due time of activity can be set

The configuration of technical deadlines has been separated from the configuration of a user-related due time of an activity. The configured deadlines remain as they are, with the same feature set with regard to scripting and process control. The new feature was added to support notification of users when a certain activity is due. Only this activity's due datetime is shown in client, while the deadlines and delays are no longer visible in the client. Further information about introduction of the feature can be found at https://qa-rad.yuuvis.com/index.php?qa=1202&qa_1=time-periods-in-process.
