Highlights

1. Permission management: Role sets for apps (Sven Hoffmann, 2 minutes)

Until now, role sets have been defined on a system level to enable a role-based access to objects.
For apps like Personalakte and Vertragsakte app schemas are configured and deployed, and are then available to all tenants.
Using role sets for apps you can now define which tenant can use these apps.

2. Content viewing: New rendition service for MS Office documents (Sven Hoffmann, 2 minutes)

  • The new rendition service is running completely in Kubernetes (cloud-based rendition service)
  • The Service can be installed via HelmCharts.
  • The service provides PDF`s from Office Documents and pictures.

3. Full support of tables in objects (core, yuuvis® architect & yuuvis® client as a reference implementation) (Peter Krajnik, 10 minutes)

  • Maintaining form table data
  • Searching in table columns
  • yuuvis® client as a reference implementation: maintain table data in forms including scripts
  • Tags as table & visualization as result list column & localization (architect)
  • yuuvis® architect: model form tables

4. yuuvis® management console (new) and self-service of tenants: User management (yuuvis® architect, tenant management API) (Thomas Ast, 10 Minutes)

Our new yuuvis® management console supports a host (provider of the installed yuuvis® system) administrator (members) to manage organizations which can independently manage their tenants.

  • The host and organization members can invite other members who are allowed to manage as well.
  • Host members can manage product packages differentiating the limits of document numbers and storage usage.
A package must be assigned to a tenant.
  • The current consumption of these parameters can be monitored and a monthly report containing all tenants can be created for billing purposes.
